Dice Dunkers: Instant Results and TOP PERFORMERS

I have always wanted to play a basketball simulation game in QUICK RESULT mode. What do I mean? You roll the dice, once or twice, and you have the score of the game taking into account the teams’ statistics, their strength at home or away.

The opportunity happened to me while testing the DICE DUNKERS game. There is an Instant Results mode, which can be expanded with the BEST PERFORMERS option. Then we get the result of the match and the best player of both teams.
Let’s see how it looks and how long it takes. The LA Lakers will face Portland in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs of the 1997/98 season.

Game 1 Portland – Los Angeles 89-78 [1-0].
Game 2 Portland – Los Angeles 116-122 [1-1].
Game 3 Los Angeles – Portland 92-91 [2-1].
Game 4 Los Angeles – Portland 86-88 [2-2].
Game 5 Portland – Los Angeles 102-107 [2-3].

The Lakers won after a very hard-fought game (in fact, they won 3-1). O’Neal did not play as well as in reality, where he scored 36 points in Game 3.
My games lasted a total of 25 minutes, an average of 5 minutes per game.
In the last game, Los Angeles’ best player was reserve Jon Barry, as I rolled 20 on d20 (random player), followed by his number (8).
